World Options Appoints Natasha Langley as Marketing Specialist

World Options has appointed Natasha Langley as Marketing Specialist to help promote franchise opportunities across three brands.

Part of MBE Worldwide, Accrington-based World Options Holdings Ltd manages three brands in the UK; Mail Boxes Etc., PACK & SEND and World Options, providing ecommerce, fulfilment, shipping, virtual office, marketing and print solutions to SMEs and consumers. In 2023, MBE Worldwide served over one million business customers worldwide through its multi-brand operations, generating €1.4 billion.

Joining the World Options marketing team, Langley’s role covers lead generation and sales conversion activities, including analysing and creating campaigns that promote the franchise offer for each brand.

On commencing in the new post, she said: “The three brands managed in the UK by World Options together maintain and support over 260 franchisees, generating combined annual revenues of £80m.

“With different brands focusing on a specific set of customer needs, each one has its own attractions for entrepreneurial individuals based on the type of business they want to run.

“A Mail Boxes Etc. franchise, for instance, with its focus on high street locations across the UK is most attractive to people who are themselves people-people, who enjoy interacting with the general public on a day-to-day basis.

PACK & SEND, on the other hand, has a particular focus on secure and safe shipping of fragile, large, awkward and valuable items, and is a preferred supplier of art shipping services to galleries, collectors, dealers, artists and exhibitions around the world.

“Meanwhile, a World Options franchise is built around the specialist portal, which provides a complete shipping solution, allowing customers to compare, book and track national and international shipments of parcels, pallets, freight transport, documents and imports, with customer service provided by a dedicated account manager.

“My role at World Options involves clearly communicating and promoting the different offer of each brand to individuals interested in running their own successful business, to help them make the right choice, and match franchise opportunities to potential franchisees.”
