WO: What is your role and duties at World Options?
MS: I’ve been at World Options for almost one year. I started on customer services and I’m now a key accounts team member. I look after tickets and exceptions and build rapport with Franchises and customers, which includes answering incoming phone calls as well as making outbound calls to carriers.
WO: What has been your experience so far of working at World Options?
MS: My experience at World Options has been good. I have made good friends over the past year, and everyone is really approachable and friendly.
WO: Do you have any advice or tips you would like to share with franchisees in regards to Key Accounts and Tickets, etc?
MS: My advice would be just to be patient with us. We will try to update you the best we can on the tickets or via phone, we are constantly chasing the carriers for you.
